my shop buy my shit. ----> [link]

recently a friend of mine posted her own jounral letting out her personal feeling inspite of how it might make her look or the people who would just scoff at her. myself i admired her courage and have choosen much the same titme as her because of how i feel and what i am about to say.

-------------------micheal jackson fans need not read on.------------------------------------------

so i go to my favorite movie site and i see this....

"Stil...this is actually a lot sadder than it is – and not just because we’ve lost one of the music industry’s most talented artists. The past twenty-years or so of Jackson’s life must’ve been an absolute hell. Whether it was those child-abuse allegations, the media’s inability to not spend at least one night camped out on the musician’s lawn, or simply the world’s mockery of the top-selling artist – he’s had to put up with a lot. Brad from Bloody Disgusting and I were just talking about it, and realized Jackson’s probably the first real victim of the media. Sure, he was a wacky-looking guy, and maybe he was a little, well, different, but he never deserved to live like a budgie trapped in a journalist’s cage. It’s no wonder he got around in a mask and stayed indoors."

and it goes along with alot of the major fans out there who are crying foul and saying how the media tourtured jackson, painted and unfair picture of him and continues to do so even thought his death.

this quiet honestly has to fucking stop. that man never got any press negative or otherwise that he didn't earn. i love how they write about his masks as if micheal needed to hide his face...you realize how many plastic surguries he had and now much he had to protect from air exposrue and he sun??? it wasn't the media who made him do that he did it to himself.

and that is my point. a person gets out of life what their actions dictate. it's called personal responsibility....something obama has been pushing since he got into office and seems to be such a hard concept for people to grasp it seems. jackson was no different.

was he a talented man. unquestionably. but does thriller ...made 20 odd years ago exonerate someone from personal responsibillites?? fuck no. what kind of fucking defense it that?

he named his kid blankets......this kid has to go around life named blankets. i rest my case.

i am not here to throw dirt on micheal grave i certainly do not mean any malice by this. but if i have to hear one more article on how poor MJ was tourtured by undue press or that "the media is persuctuing MJ." and printing negative things about him even after his death. i'm going to explode.

micheals music was wonderful...and i am sure the man had a woudnerful side to him and i'd even say that for the most part i think he was likely a good dad to his kids. but i feel there is too much evidence that the man had deep issues and should not be pardoned for his actions because of his music.

that is my rant on my disgust this is the last you'll ever hear me say on MJ period. i have said my respects and i ment them. but don't try to shove a load of horse shit on me because you can't see past his music enough to see the true "man in the mirror." i feel for his kids and hope they have a good life. but seriously enough is enough.

I agree with you entirely.

I loved MJ's music...but that's it. That's all that I liked about him.

All the 'bad things' that happen to him were his fault and he brought them on himself. There was definitely something wrong with him, whether the media or his fans want to admit it or not.

I'm glad someone came out and said it.

Agreed. They didn't call him "Wacko Jacko" for nothing. Guy was a weird little dude.

Although the kid's name is Prince Michael Jackson. Blanket is his nickname. Feel worse for his daughter, Paris Michael (something) Jackson. All three of his children are effectively namd Michael Jackson.

MJ was okay as a commercial singer. I was never that crazy about him. And I don't care that the child molesting freak has dropped at 50. It's about time he "beat it!" :evillaugh:

i can't believe i am laughing at that use of his song title but damn it lol that is funny to me.

it isn't much of a thing to me either thought like i said i was raise to pay respect for the dead. still i can't help but do this journal cause i am sick of people saying the media somehow tainted micheals image. he did it to himself and yet people will let him off the hook simply for a hit song he did 20 years ago.

ii liked his music that is as far as i could stand to enjoy from him.
